GPS can be engaged for both short-term assignments or scans, as well as for longer change and improvement projects.

GPS was founded in 2019 by Gerbrand Wolfswinkel. After years of working for a major player in offshore platform construction, Gerbrand decided to continue independently as a project control consultant. Since then, GPS has undertaken significant assignments for organizations active in shipbuilding, offshore construction, and the process industry.

Are you a recent graduate looking for a challenging role where you can apply your organizational talents? Then the position of Junior Integrated Project Planner at GPS B.V. is for you!

As a Junior Integrated Project Planner, you are responsible, along with your team, for planning and coordinating projects. You ensure that everything proceeds according to schedule, within budget, and with a keen eye for quality and safety. You work closely with various disciplines and ensure that everyone remains well-informed.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams from different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution;

  • Monitor project progress from start to finish and proactively identify risks;

  • Ensure all project documents are always up-to-date and accurate;

  • Monitor the project budget and make accurate forecasts with the team;

  • Prepare monthly reports and clearly present them to colleagues and supervisors;

  • Maintain a tight schedule and ensure all steps are executed according to plan;

  • Maintain clear and open communication, even when project changes occur;

  • Always work with the client's wishes in mind, prioritizing safety and quality.

Who are you:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in, for example, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration, or a comparable field;
  • Affinity with project planning or initial work experience in a similar role;

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methods is an advantage;

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain oversight;

  • Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Experience with planning software or the ability to learn it quickly;

  • Enjoys solving problems and makes well-considered decisions.

What we offer:

  • A starting salary between €43K - €58K per year (depending on experience);

  • 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;

  • Pension scheme and expense allowance;

  • Lease car (in consultation);

  • A 1-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
