What will you do as an Integrated Project Planner?
As an Integrated Project Planner at GPS BV, you are responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the set time and budget. You maintain oversight and ensure that all stakeholders within the project use the schedule as a guideline.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution;
Monitor progress from start to finish and timely identify and minimize potential risks;
Ensure project documentation is always up-to-date and accurate;
Critically monitor project budget and forecasting;
Prepare progress reports and clearly present them to stakeholders;
Ensure a structured and efficient project planning system;
Maintain transparent and clear communication, especially regarding project changes and their impact;
Always work according to the needs of the end customer, with safety and quality as top priorities.
Profile:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; civil engineering, mechanical engineering, (technical) business administration, or similar;
Proven experience as a project planner;
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies;
Excellent coordinating and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Proficiency in planning software;
What do we offer?
Salary between €52K - €75K per year;
25 vacation days;
8% holiday allowance;
